Pretty much this. I parked in line for over an hour, and spent over $30 during Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day.

But they didn't really seem to care for the message, and have back-tracked a bit. Too bad, because I was ready to support them for many more years to come.

The one I used to go to once in awhile was 99% staffed by 7/10-9/10 girls, and they were always super sweet.
Don't care if the owner(s) dislike gays. It's super high-sodium content food, but it's so tasty; the MSG makes it really ultra savory and wanting of more, but besides that, just adds to the sodium content. meh.

Moved away from there last month, and just heard they're building one right across from my new workplace now. Made me happy.

The best part besides the lemon aid is the hot sauce. When it comes down to brass tax and chicken, I'd generally rather go to popeyes for fried or a local place for a fresh mad chicken sandwich.

When chikfila opened their first location, it was an absolute zoo. I went to the ribbon cutting. I also acquired about 30 free breakfast/sandwich coupons but once you get past the initial novelty, the mediocrity sets in. Although I have no problem with gays, I can't really comment on Chick-Fil-A, because I live in Canada, and CFA is, as far as I'm aware, a US-only fast food chain.

Of course, I've been to the US several times, but every time I think about going to CFA, I'm either in a city that doesn't have one, or it's Sunday.
