Yeh someone at work brought some in and I had a lemon one. Really wanted to try a prune paczki because they are supposedly the most authentic but this dude brought in a bunch of cream and shit. Oh well, I ate kielbasa for dinner almost every day last week.

I went to a Polish bakery/bar last Thursday and had my fill.

How come these aren't as good as normal jelly donuts?

The only polish food I am familiar with (pittsburgher here) are pierogies.

I love freshly prepared (fried, not boiled, fuck boiled) pierogies.

Is there other good polish food, or is that it? Because for it's sizeable polish population, I've never actually seen a polish restaurant, just pierogies at other restaurants.
