Ingredients:

1 and 1/4 cup of boiled cassava (manioc)
1 and 1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 cup olive oil
Preparation: In a blender, add the boiled cassava with water. Turn on the blender. Add salt. Put gradually flour and olive oil. When the mixture is homogeneous, turn off the blender.

Add the mixture in a pan. Bring the pan to the stove. Light the fire and stir the mixture with a spoon until it begins to come unglued from the pan and perform like a cream. Ready!
Use this vegetable cheese to making pizzas, lasagna and sandwiches.

Bon Appetite!

P.S: You can make this recipe with boiled potatoes instead of cassava. Its a very tasty vegan cheese too.

I love Brazilians. Never, ever met a vegan one tho.

This isn't cheese.

Why are all vegans like this...?

I like vegan food, but don't dress it up like shit it isn't.

Cheese is not necessarily made of dairy, it just often is. Get over it.

Milk is "an opaque white fluid rich in fat and protein". There is coconut milk, other nut milks- stop being a pleb.

If it's filling the role of cheese in other recipes, it's easier just to call it cheese than to make up some brand new name for it. It's just practicality.
