I haven't tasted either of those. The last thing I ever had was the lamb face in Flushing. It's much better than the exactly identical lamb face in Manhattan because Manhattan is like totally square man, there is no culture. I only go to the most authentic holes in the wall. You know how I know a place is authentic? There's no secret menu because the menu itself is in chinese letters. Also there are no white people, and it is completely empty at peak hours. As soon as a single white person finds out about a hole in the wall, it's ruined. Also when it gets popular. When a restaurant is only kept in business by the extended family of the owners, that's when you know it's real authentic hole in the wall food.

Anyway general tso's is totally entry level as fuck. It literally makes me want to puke thinking about the kind of whitewashed, inauthentic plebs who go there. The exact same kind of people who go to chipotle.
