ITT: We talk about perks we get at restaurants/stores/whatever, either by knowing people, being a former employee, etc.

>used to work at a local breakfast place
>walk there for breakfast
>pay $1.80 for breakfast because the qt FoH girls don't charge me for coffee and still give me dat employee discount
>eat, bullshit with former boss, use the wifi
>take a huge, three-flusher shit in the bathroom
>refill my coffee
>walk to my office

How about you, anon?

Used to be a regular at my local starbucks and became friends with most of the workers. They would frequently give me a huge ass bag of all the sandwiches pananis etc. that they were throwing out that day. Shit would still be good for weeks after being "thrown out" and I wouldnt have to buy food for atleast a week after each one of those goodie bags. God I miss that

Jealous. I have to wait until I get home to drown my sorrows in tequila.

Anyway I guess the perks I get are that we can eat as much bread and soup as we want, as well as a few other things but I mostly just eat the soup because we don't have more than ~10s to spare almost all shift and I can just put it in a mug and drink it. We also can just make ourselves almost whatever we want for our shift meal at the end of the night (no fish, no filet mignon).

Also when I worked at Starbucks I would almost always close and we could take home all of the marked out refrigerated foods, so I had so much shit that I barely ever needed to get anything from the market.

Digital media company. We have a fully stocked bar at work and a fridge full of beer. Literally drink whenever we feel like it.

Sibling who worked at SB for a while. Great at first but then you're sick of the coffee cake.
