You haven't seen Vancouver at all, it has some of the best cheap sushi as well as some of the best expensive sushi in the world. The huge number of Chinese (who fking love their sushi) combined with their proximity to the sea (BC crab, sea urchin, salmon) make it one of the best cities in the world to eat Japanese food.
