Churrascaria is the restaurant that serves it, ie. bbq place.

And Rodizio is the all you can eat BBQ formula with the green/red thingy.

Does Churrasco mean the actual grill or BBQ that it's cooked on or BBQ as a cooking method?

I know that it might not translate directly into English.

Churrasqueira is the grill. Churrasco is the meat that comes out of it. And Churrascaria is a restaurant that sells it, 99% of the time in a rodizio format.
