Hi /ck/,
About two weeks ago I realized my ribcage is visible through my skin and I need to gain weight. Muscle and fat that is. I do know all the theoretical stuff about absorbing more calories than I burn, but I don't know how to actually do that in real life.
How/What should I eat to gain muscle and fat within a reasonable budget?

You should be able to make out the ribs I some parts.
You do not want them just covered in fat.

Hard way: oatz and squatz
Easy way: wait until age catches up to you
anyway, gb2 /fit/

You'd be better off asking >>>/fit/. Seriously.

Drink milk OP

Although I'm now 200lbs at 6' and can still see my ribcage. You seem to get heavier as you age. I still have defined abs and nothing jiggles or anything. I'm wondering why I weigh so much.

Thanks for the answers.

When I say my ribcage is visible, I mean that I can see it more clearly than usual, in an unhealthy looking way. I've lost a few pounds in the last months and I feel cold all the time.
Whatever, I guess I'll be over asking at /fit/.

That's what I've been trying to do for the past two weeks. I'd like to know what and how to eat (and excercise) to gain effectively
>>6059645
Quality is probably too bad to tell, but here's a pic.

you look like you should start with bodyweight training.
a lot of cheap proteine, lentils, beans, potatoes, corn, whole grains and veggies.
you will get hungry more often as soon as you start exercising

Starting Strength.

Do it for about 6 weeks before moving on to a better program.

GOMAD is a gallon of milk a day.

Starting Strength

Personally I'd suggest doing Strong Lifts instead, most people report much better improvments with it,and it won't end up with you having much more developd legs than arms

Regarding diet see pic
