dunno how I feel about my drinking. I only drink if I don't have anything on the morning after so it doesn't effect my professional life in any way, but by christ the amount I can put away, and the stamina at which I can just get up the next day (and the day after that etc) and do it all again is scary, especially as I'm not even 140lbs. and I'll do it all friday, saturday and sunday without fail (working late monday so not up early)

I had the same issue last May when I had an infected tooth pulled. I had two weeks of antibiotics and absolutely no alcohol at all, not even mouthwash. At least they gave me some painkillers so I was able to get myself to sleep for the first few nights.

I usually work wednesday nights but the morning guy was sick so I worked his shift instead and now I have the evening off. I'm settling in with some pale ale and trying to work on my dissertation proposal.

Not him, but I REALLY like james bond movies. Start with two essential classics, Goldfinger and then Thunderball. Pure 007, be warned they are older movies but high quality, they hold up to this day. After that i'd recommend you jump straight into the newer Daniel Craig movies, they are some of the best and he plays the role flawlessly. Another suggestions is Goldeneye, I think it ranks high and is a good place to start.

Avoid anything with Roger Moore playing Bond until you are more familiar, it probably won't leave a good impression. I like all of his movies for what they are, but they are reallt campy and cheesy. Fun to watch but a silly interpretation of the character.
