I used to drink a shit ton of milk as a kid and then when I moved out for college I stopped because I was a poorfag and drank water. Now whenever I drink milk or eat ice cream I have horrible GI problems and I'm sure it's because I'm somewhat lactose intolerant now. Can I rebuild my tolerance by slowly reintroducing milk back into my diet?

Lactase production is influenced by the presence of lactose. So assuming you have the proper genes for it yes it should eventually increase your lactase levels to what they were prepoorfag

Yes, absolutely. I did it, my brother did it, so can you. The key is to start small. My brother just manned up and went with a full-blown bowl of milk and cereal each morning. I was more gradual and had small amounts of ice cream every day and then moved to milk when I stopped having problems.
