quick and healthy recipe (if you have a couple more ingredients).
Brown the sausage over med high heat. When it's brown, toss in about 16 oz of kale, pinch of salt, half a cup of chicken broth. Cover and lower heat to med for 2 min. Then, add a can of drained white beans (cannoli, northern, etc), a little black pepper and some red pepper flakes (if you're feeling frisky). Recover, turn heat to low for five minutes.

BAM...healthy and tasty.

If you have 'em, you can also add onion and garlic when your browning the meat.
