The brisket looks good though.

I love this mexican spice mix:
(makes enough for about 24 serves)
Delicious with seafood and meat - make up in a large jar for use anytime.

1/2 cup ground cumin
2 tbsp chilli powder
1/4 cup paprika
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp of either dried rosemary OR fennel seeds
2 tbsp garlic salt

Use 3-4 tablespoons per 400g of meat

I also love to add jalapenos for a little extra bite.

This is, in my opinion an excellent spice mix. Do try it! Its worth it!
