I had a sandwich there a few months ago, some "deli market fresh" thing or whatthefuckhaveyou. It was surprisingly good and better than the average deli on every corner around here.

I'm not comparing it to the old school italian/jewish delis but... it was a solid sandwich for a decent price.

It's good trash. Most local places get their meats from the same fucking place so it isn't much difference unless they are making their own meats. But I love that hot mess of a sandwich. My dad used to take me there when I would skip school and he would teach me how to bet on horses and sports.

Also again, I was surprised at wendys on Broadway/bleecker. Had a cheese burger that honestly was just as good as shake shack (not my favorite by far) I hadn't been to wendys in a long time, shits expensive now lol. It seems like fast food places are stepping it up what with competition from more and more restaraunts opening.

Fast food places are mostly hit and miss in my experience.

One thing to look out for is a corporate owned store. They usually have stricter standards than franchised stores.

The wendys near me is shit compared to the corporate owned one next to where I work.
