Well, some salt and pepper is often done, but yeah, otherwise, tomato and mayo only on white bread. People that haven't had it can be surprised how good it is. It depends entirely on the tomato being awesome.

Also this is the mayo of choice for these sandwiches. That or Blue Plate.
