Wrong. Green Tea has a high amount of anti-oxidants and amino acids that make it all around extremely god for you. Whether it be metabolism, or just general health, green tea is good for that. Real green tea, or loose green tea does not have as much caffeine as coffee at all, and the caffeine is really just being synergistic with the amino acids, mainly l-theanine to promote a calm, focused state of mind - not too jittery and not sleepy either.
