Boneless wings are the best, seriously. I can eat them with a fork and not get messy or have to eat around an obstacle. I'm hankering for some zaxby's now

Good, but I really prefer bone-in. Depends what I'm doing. Boneless reserved for at a bar watching a game.

Wings=white meat.
Thighs=dark meat.
Breasts=white meat.
Drums=dark meat.

Wings come in two varieties in their traditional, bone-in serving--the flat and the drummette. Don't be confused though...they're both white meat and they both come from the wing.

Now boneless wings can be anything from processed nuggets, to actually deboned wings, to bits of breasts, all of which have been breaded, fried, and typically sauced.

I hope that helps.

I ate boneless wings religiously in college but have since switched religiously to bone in.

Can you make so called "boneless" wings by just using a machine to pop the bones out of the meat, or are they exclusively breast meat / chicken nuggets?

I dont know if this is appropriate thread or not but I forgotten to read ingredient amounts again.

When it says stuff like 1 3/4 cups milk or 2 1/2 c. flour. Is it two half cups of flour or 2 cups and 1/2 cup flour?

I mean I am pretty sure it isnt the former but I want to make sure.
