1. Finely mince/chop sweet Vidalia onion and fry in olive oil with garlic powder until onion is caramelized, translucent, tender, melt in your mouth, etc.
>put ground protein in bowl, assemble spices
3. Spices and seasonings include: chili powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, cumin, Montreal steak seasoning (it's just salt, pepper, red pepper, and paprika so get over it you spergtastic faglords) and extra paprika, along with a few dashes of wercherstershushtershire sauce
>egg and Italian style breadcrumbs (inb5 meatloaf, shut the fuck up because it tastes good)
5. Mix onion, spices/seasonings, and meatloaf ingredients into ground protein mixture
>pan fry until cooked to preference
7. Serve on onion bagels with your choice of toppings
