Franks is like Crystal right?

I know I've had it before but I can't quite remember what it was like. If it's like Crystal then obviously what this guy said: >>5739368

Tabasco is made from tabasco peppers and franks and other Louisiana style sauces are made from cayenne peppers. Both peppers have the same heat on the scoville scale, but the curing process is different so tabasco comes out hotter and franks has more vinegar flavor. Franks is produced in Missouri but is a Louisiana style sauce similar to crystal and Trappey's.

Fucking kill yourself if you think that's hot.

>> No.5742281

tobasco if you love the taste of vinegar

>> No.5742288

tabasco

it's just vinegar, fermented peppers, and salt. the fermentation gives it a decent subtle flavor.

frank's just adds garlic powder, tastes like shit.

i think tabasco has a way better flavor than frank's.

but i can't quite put into words why. tabasco just tastes really bright and fresh. it adds this indescribable taste of freshness, similar to what cilantro does to food.

You're so bad ass dude.

>> No.5742337

I like to mix siracha into mayo to put on sandwhiches, I like to use cholula for anything mexican that isn't nachos. I like to use tapitio for pizza and nachos. I like to use Texas pete for any misc items (frozen microwaveable food, vegtables) I like to use tabasco to pour down the drain.

>> No.5742339

I prefer Tabasco.

>>5742276
I love spicy food, and the hotter the better, but I fucking hate people like you. Eating food is not an accomplishment, fatass.

This, though I'm not sure which I prefer. Frank's tastes more like a condiment, while Tabasco is more organic, like a spice.

>>5739356
I like both. However, I prefer the chipotle hot sauce that I can get for 99 cents at my local Mexican grocery store.

>> No.5742789

Frank's is good if you want things to taste like hot wings, and for nothing else.

Tabasco's not that good either, though. Both are fairly low-tier hot sauces.

>> No.5742832

I prefer Frank's to original Tabasco for most dishes.

But for burgers and over cooked steaks I prefer Chipotle Tabasco.

Franks has an awful artificial taste and Tabasco is weak and vinegary.

What?
First of all, Tabasco should never, ever be used by anyone except people in combat zones eating MREs and have no choice.
Franks actually tastes good. Tabasco taste like shit, and isn't even hot.
