it bothers me that he didn't specify what temp to cook at. 3 or 4 minutes each side may or may not be enough to cook that patty medium rare. and american cheese, really? why not use a smaller amount of cheddar? i appreciate that his patties are pure beef, and thick, but the video leaves much to be desired
