Probably beer you made yourself.

Aside from that, Irish ale, Scottish whisky, Kentucky bourbon, Russian vodka, etc etc and you can't go wrong with that IMHO

If you want a name brand beer, Smithwicks. It's a few bucks more, but cheap beer makes me think it's lacking. The alcohol breath tastes horrible with cheap beer.

It's all subjective really, the best beer is the one that tastes the best to your pallet.

Now if we're talking strictly numbers and ratings, besides the shrinking yet still unfathomably large American domestics, I'd say it's between Sierra Nevada, Dogfish Head and Stone, with Stone being my personal favorite out of that bunch. The new Go-To IPA is a fantastic session ale and I try to buy up as much Russian Imperial Stout as I can upon release.

Do yourself a favor, buy a Stone brewed beer.

We have a couple of organic beers in Austria. They're not really tasting any different than other lagers, though.
Barley and hops aren't plants where one would expect much of a quality difference with organic cultivation.

(The hemp beer is different of course, but there's better ones out there.)

I have recently come across this beauty:
Schneider Weisse Tap6 Aventinus
Wheat Beer Doppelbock (8,2%)

Holy mother, best wheat beer I've ever tasted.
You have to like dark beers to really enjoy it, though. Also I am a huge wheat beer anyway.
Tastes full and great but not as heavy as the 8,2% would make it seem.
Dunno if you can buy it outside of Germany, though.

The organic brews I've tried were a bit more wholesome tasting and were sort of softer. hard to describe the difference.

Babby's first sour. Back-sweetened so it doesn't offend your pleb palate. It's not bad in any way, but it's not a good example of what an Oude Bruin can be. Hell, La Folie from New Belgium is better than 90% of the readily available Oude Bruins in the states.
