I'm gonna take you seriously for a moment and warn against insertion of food into a vagina without at least a protective barrier between it and the woman's flesh. Without some kind of barrier, you're looking at exposing her to a lot of health issues as well as exposing the food to potential pathogens.

Even if there is a barrier, though, you're gonna get an airtight seal at pretty much the perfect conditions for the botulism toxin to develop.

Your best bet is to try to ferment something so that it'll be acidic enough to prevent botulism toxin happening and the fermenting bacteria will prevent harmful bacteria.
