Make sure you're using a really thick heavy skillet, if you can't cave somebodies skull in with it, with a mild swing, its all going to go to shit. Even if you think your non-stick pan will be good enough I assure you they'll all get stuck.

Don't use too much batter, half a ladle full is enough for each crepe, don't be tempted to try and flip it or move it around the pan until its completely solid, also you need to use use a little bit of butter/margarine between each crepe.
