SODA SNOBS

What is the most delicious soda in your opinion?

Sodas I have had recently that were very enjoyable but aren't necessarily my favorite:

1. Lebron James mix sprite: surprisingly awesome

2. Vanilla Coke

3. Livewire dew (its ok not great though)

>> No.5607311

Dry runs a really good line of sodas. I love their vanilla one.

I like La Croix a lot because of the no added sugar.

My favorite is just getting soda water and adding Mexican vanilla.

Two things.
Where I live currently, there is a local soda company that makes faggot soda. By 'faggot soda,' I mean 'fair trade, organic, real sugar blah blah blah.' You know: the stuff that faggots worry about when it comes to buying junk food.
Their schtick is that they sell carbonated green tea in a can with a variety of added flavours. Two of them are particularly good but I've not tried them all: the peach one and the lemon one.

Back home, we have a bitter lemon soda that I love a great deal. Turns out that it was invented in the area I live now, exported to my country then fell out of favour here and is no longer produced in this country (but continues to be very popular in mine). Mixing Canada Dry Bitter Lemon with Sprite approximates the flavour of the soda in question. It's fucking fantastic.

I also really like Thai green Fanta. I'm not sure what flavour it's supposed to be. I assumed it was pandan but it's not. Or maybe it is and I just can't recognise fake pandan flavour since I've never used it. Either way, it's really, really good.

Mexico has an apple soda that I fucking love and a local liquor store in my area used to carry imported juice-box-lookin' drinks of carbonated sangria (no, not the large bottles of sangria soda found in many bodega sortsa places) which are basically soda (and wholly wonderful) but they don't carry them anymore.

For more common (in North America, anyway) soda, I like Canada Dry green tea ginger ale and Ting, either normal or pink.

Carolinians are nice and they tell me they like my accent. :-)
>Do you drink a lotta tea? We drink sweet tea down nya.

They probably bottled his tears from limping off the court in Texas.

The best soda that I've ever had was Snapple Black Cherry. Back when it was a small company and made soda...

Surge was also great.

Now I just drink the prefered Agnostic Beverage

Question. How do you guys keep your drinks ice cold without watering it down?

I prefer to sip from a glass that I jam with ice but it always degrades after the first sip.

I was thinking whiskey stones but they suck in general.

Drink it straight out of the glass bottle. If you're buying 2L plastic bottles then I feel you're doing it wrong but you could keep glasses in the fridge so there's less heat in them to warm up the soda anyway.

I want to say my favourite was some awesome grapefruit soft drink I had a couple of years back, but I'm fucked if I can remember the name of it. It wasn't from Beechworth, IIRC, but it was produced in a Victorian country town.

It's just a feature of some languages. Reading compound words isn't hard when you're used to it. It literally translates to "Orange-fruit-juice-lemonade" or "Lemonade made with fruit juice from oranges". (Limonade is the generic term for soda in German)
