To be fair though, restaurants exist for good tasting meals, not healthy ones, so I'm not holding that against them.

Once he gained all that weight, he complained near constantly about being out of breath and difficulty with everyday tasks. His rheumatologist (he's had juvenile arthritis ever since I've known him) has told him time and again that weight loss would greatly ease up his joint inflammation and relieve pain.
