I regularly make noodles with vegetable toppings in a broth of miso, sichuan pepper, chili and some sesame oil. It's amazing with a Pale Ale with a fair amount of hops. If the beer has some earthy notes it watches the miso very well. I tried it with guests and even though they don't drink craft beer it was very appreciated.

Otherwise I like using beer or wine in the food and serving with the same beverage. It's a little obvious but you can't really go wrong.

IPA with lasagna is really nice too.

Loaded nachos with a spicy bloody Mary and light chaser.

Best dinner ever. I think fresh tacos with crispy shells pair well with it too. Chelsea is actually pretty good as well.
