This. also, you're using way too much mixture it one go. Here's a break down.

Shit, Anon. Pancakes are literally the first thing I learned how to cook. By the age of six I was making pancakes for my sisters and mom most weekends. Fuck dad, he never showed up for breakfast.

I find using a more solid "liquid" in place of milk makes the batter easier to handle and it wont run everywhere. Things like cottage cheese, sour cream, or yoghurt.
