I had the brilliant idea of making the Blue Waffle into something appetizing. Savory herb waffle with bleu cheese and maple syrup.

Description: homemade spelt waffle batter w/ onions,black pepper, sage, and rosemary. More sage than rosemary, as the Rosemary overpowered the sage a bit.
Made a compound butter from regular unsalted butter and roquefort blue cheese that my gf got on sale at her work (it was on clearance and had to be used).
Then used pure maple syrup (lite) on the top.
Twas' delish.
