I'm not all that informed about cooking with sake, as for drinking all I know is that some kinds are served warm and cold. In any case does it really matter what kind I cook with, and could I just use the first brand I found at an LCBO?
In any case for the bento I'm thinking of doing something with fried egg, a kind of salad, gyoza, teriyaki meatballs, and just some rice with furikake.
