Less than two months away is the lakewood wing crawl. you buy a pass for $20 and you get 4 wings at about a dozen bars (2 buffalo style, 2 chefs choice). this will be my 6th consecutive year in attendance.

I've never really seen the appeal of wings. The meat-to-everything-else ratio just isn't there. They're mostly bone and skin, and the meat that IS there isn't all that good.

I'd much rather just have some breaded chicken strips (made from whole meat, not processed) with the same sauces they use for wings. Much more satisfying.

Pretty simple recipe.
You choose the parts yourself, because I don't usually measure anything out.
But the ingredients are sriracha, honey, butter, and cream (very little cream, just so the sauce isn't so thin)
makes a pretty tasty pleb sauce
