Thats not how pizza face work brah. zits are tied to 2 things,

1) facial hygiene
2) hormones

The first should be obvious, the second comes from the fact our face generates oils when theres hormonal activity as a vestigial function from primate-like ancestors who had had hair and fur on their faces.

The oil would make the hair on the face shinier and more healthy which would help with attracting and keeping mates.

Just like wisdom teeth, its just hasn't fallen out of the gene pool yet.

I haven't actually eaten today, and probably won't for some time.

There's usually two eating patterns I have depending on if or how I'm working.

For example, this week I have three 12 hour shifts, like yesterday. Rarely do I get an actual break, so usually I'll just have a half dozen plain meatballs around 3PM.

Such a schedule goes like this:

>wake up, drink about a quart of water over the course of an hour
>go to work, start working
>after about 5 hours, decide I'm hungry to the point where I know what I want to eat
>eat basically a snack
>finish off 12 hour shift, either make a sandwich at work and bring it home or make something simple at home

I've never counted my caloric intake, but I'm pretty sure I stay comfortably below 2000 per day. This has only been recently. When I first started working at a restaurant, I went a little crazy with the fryers and soda fountain.

On the other hand, if I'm only working a half-day like today, I won't eat anything at home (usually), and then I'll usually make something at work to bring home.

So yesterday I ate:

>starting at 9:00AM drank nothing but water and smoked cigarettes until 2PM
>had 5 meatballs at around 2:30PM
>more water, more cigarettes
>9:30PM, the owner's wife made chicken francese for the employees and we sat and ate after we closed.
>went home, stayed up drinking a little while longer, so had a small bowl of leftover corned beef hash at like 12:30AM

I'm something like 6'3" and 275lbs. Sadly, it's been a lot of work just getting to there, but fuck it, lost something like 50lbs over the course of two months - the rest has been taking a little bit more effort.

The new pants I bought three months ago are almost wholly too big now, and the ones I got last month are starting to get loose. Shit's fucking expensive.

My face is ugly if that makes ya'll feel better.

I woke up at 6:30 AM,

Black tea with 2% Milk at 7AM,
and probably four more cups of tea throughout the day

Leftover homemade linguine with a garlic and oregano flavored tomato sauce (from canned tomatoes) at 11AM,

A barbecued leg of chicken that was pretty terrible at 3:30PM. I shouldn't have microwaved it.

Water before/after workout+yardwork, it is my day off.

I'm roasting broccoli with almost those same ingredients tonight (no garlic powder) tonight. Practically the only vegetable that people in this house aren't allergic too other than potatoes and onions.
