WARNING, takes for fucking ever to make

ingredients:
1 - 1.5 lbs of chicken breast halved 2x
6-9 roma tomatoes diced(these work better because they have more of that tomato wall, y'know?)
1 jalepeno
6 tbs butter
3 tbs olive oil
2-3 in of ginger root minced
1 clove of garlic minced.
1 minced pepper.(jalapeno/habanero/serano/whatever.)
a lot of spices:
1 tbs cumin
.5 tbs ground red pepper
.5tbs ground pepper
2 tsp salt
1.5 tbs masala garam
1 cup cream
1 cup yogurt(unflavored/greek)
tomato paste
Cilantro

Mix yogurt, 1tbs of masala garam, paprika, and 1/3 minced garlic, and marinate the chicken in it for ~1hr

Get large saucepan over medium heat, and place oil and butter in first. Add the rest of garlic, the ginger and tomato paste, bring to just below simmer. Add the pepper and cook for 5 minutes for maximum spice soak.
Add diced tomatoes, and the rest of the spices to the saucepan, with 1-3 cups of water, depending on the water given from tomatoes. Bring to oil then simmer for ~20 minutes to a half a hour to boil down and get >dat spicy flavor.
While the sauce is cooking down, get the chicken from the fridge and throw it on the grill, in a pan, whatever. cook it halfway, and put aside.
puree tomato sauce in blender/immersion blender/i don't care.
Put sauce into pan again and add chicken.
cook ~10 minutes.
>Add cream and salt

Serve over BASMATI rice, with Naan. (garlic Naan works the best with this dish IMO.)
It has to be Basmati rice too, something about a status symbol or classism in India ingrained it into their heads.
It's so good, and i hate spicy shit.
