What can I do with a block of velveeter?

Bought it a while ago, just looked at the expiration date and it's about a week past expiration so I want to use it all up, preferably not in a dip.

If you are going to do a dip, brown up a pound of italian sausage, and throw it in a mini crock pot with a diced habanero. Simple, yet very good.

I have a copycat recipe of Marie Callender's Broccoli Cheese Soup that uses velveeta. It's delicious, but I rarely make it unless I'm making it for other people, because I'm allergic to dairy.

Since everyone else it to retarded to come up with something heres about the only thing I use that nasty ass processed block of lies for:

1 can of Ro-tel HOT (or any other can if you dont like flavor)

1 can of Chili (Anything but Hormel. If you use Whoremel I'll be under your bed tonight with a shank)

1 block of lies (Velveeta)

1 onion diced up

1 quart of tears from the saddest, poorest, sickest child at your local orphanage.

Not a bad snack. Good for parties, especially if you dont give a shit about who you're serving it to.

My mom used to buy it all the time, and still does as far as I know.

I just don't understand.. its so bad, why not just buy the store-brand block cheeses that are like 2 bucks?

Okay, here you go!

Broccoli Cheese Soup:

1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1-2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 pounds fresh broccoli, chopped
2 cups chicken stock
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cornstarch mixed with 1 cup water
1 pint half and half
1 to 1 1/2 pounds Velveeta, cubed (depends on how cheesy you want it)
Fresh ground pepper to taste

In a large pot, slowly cook minced onion and garlic in butter until soft. Meanwhile steam broccoli until tender. Add chicken broth and half and half to the pot, and bring to a simmer. Add cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir well, until all cheese is melted. Do not boil. Add broccoli to soup and stir well. Once soup is back at a simmer, add cornstarch-water mixture to soup, stirring and heating, until soup thickens. Taste for seasoning and serve.

Make a roux. Add velveeta to the roux with equal parts cheddar until it is your desired thickness.

Cut up some bacon or some smoked sausage, fry it, and then add it all to the cheese sauce (grease too obviously). Pour the cheese sauce over pasta and mix thoroughly. Grease a baking dish and dump that pasta in there.
Bake that shit at 375 until it's golden brown.

Congratulations, you now have the psuedo bourgeoisie version of... macaroni and cheese with hotdogs. Gross dude, why did you do this? But seriously this is the best use for velveeta.

can you not read? it says add equal parts cheddar AND velveeta to the roux.

though he really needs to add some kind of liquid to the roux first like milk
