This was a Saturday Night Live fake commercial. It was hilarious. I like the tote bag at the end, where they just pour the sauce into the bag from a garden hose.

That said, I've had double decker tacos a few times, from high quality mom and pop restaurants. They are intended to be gringo-mex fun, not traditional. There is a bonus to it, an outside layer of soft tortilla keeps the pieces of the crunchy corn shell intact and unleaking, while you finish it .

Place on Miami beach called San Loco...for years...had the Guaco Loco. It was an amazing good place, 24/7 with ultra fresh guac, tons of lime, juicy chicken or pork pipian, and fiery hot salsa if you want it.. If it was side by side with Chipotle, no one would be inside Chipotle.
