hey /ck/
lately I've been getting into mixing cocktails. any suggestions for a burgeoning alcoholic? so far I have jaeger, whiskey, rum, vodka, gin and kahlua. my next purchase will probably be a set of glassware so I can stop drinking my white russians from coffee mugs

maker's mark is okay.

try something like knob creek, single barrel reserve if you want to spring for it (100 proof vs. 120 proof). jim beam devil's cut is excellent too.

four roses and angel's envy are phenomenal, but i haven't seen either in stores. i recommend just going to bars and ordering various drinks to see which you like, because these bottles sit arond $40 per 750 if not more.

It's what you'd see on the bottom shelf of an ok establishment. It's perfectly fine for making cocktails though.

glassware is definitely going to be the next purchase. I had people over the other day to watch the big lebowski and we ran out of clean cups so some people had their Caucasian in a bowl
