It was awesome. Sausage on an original "tomato pie" which doesn't have a whole layer of cheese, just a little grated, plus garlic, olive oil, and oregano. I did not miss the cheese!

A valiant failed effort, if looks are to be believed.
Not nearly enough cheese, and that which there is looks like it hasn't developed any of the mild charring you want.
That sausage, if sausage it may be, seems soggy and undercooked, I would be slightly afraid of eating it.
The sauce looks both alarmingly chunky and disgustingly wet.
The crust looks like it would have been perfect if you hadn't burned it.

There is no layer of cheese like you find on most pizzas, just a little grated cheese. Such is the quality of the ingredients that you don't even miss cheese.

The wetness/sogginess comes from the shine of the olive oil.
