That shrimp stuff on the left (etouffe or whatever it's called) looks excellent. I have no idea what's in the foil foil. The fried seafood and rolls look lovely.

If that's a baked potato inside the aluminum foil, I would ask what it is covered with, but that is in case it has cheese since cheese quickly turns me into a puking machine.
