Not that guy, but it is good. My mom used to make little pan fried grits squares to go along with certain dishes. You can even grill them.
Sometimes I add some cheese, salt, pepper, and hot sauce to the grits before letting them cool, and then cut into little slabs and pan fry or grill them.
