I've never had a big mac or a big king.

Which is better?

Big Mac is better, but neither are very good.

That's not uncommon. I have a professor who when she was super young and super poor, her family would buy a shit ton of McD's burgers when they were selling them for a dime each and it would last them like a month.

those mcdonald's beef patties are an engineering marvel, nothing tastes like them. i love the taste of big macs, though i'm well aware of how vulgar it may be to say so. they just have a really satisfying texture. i think fast food is grotesque, along with the meat industry, but i'm not gonna lie about liking these things out of fashion or for political cachet.

>mcdonald's beef patties

Whenever I cook my own from mince beef doesn't taste the same. Is it the thickness of the meat?

When I worked there the boxes just said 100 percent beef. After the cooking we seasoned with salt and pepper done.

>> No.5453927

>>5453749
hahaha oh you silly American. You don't even want to know what's in them. Protip: they're not 100% beef. Anything that claims things like that should make you wonder why they'd even say that in the first place. Guess what, it's not a regulated term at all. Those patties are probably at best 20% "real" cheapest of the cheapest beef.

Big King is mad fucking superior. The objective ranking of the Big Three is Wendy's, BK, and McDonalds. Typically all of the sandwiches offered follow this structure, though the Big King exists in Wendy's-tier. It is very delicious.

all around the freaking world there have been scandals about how different meats get mixed together, but of all the countries you pick, America is the one you choose

Australian actually. I know the buns have a shitload of preservatives and additives in them. However I'm certain the beef patties were just that beef.

They were kept under constant refrigeration. The grill was automated for heat settings. You would just select patty type and it would auto cook them depending on thickness.

I buy mince and make my own patties but they don't really have 'THAT' taste.

>> No.5454291

>>5454274
Are you sure they actually taste better and it's not some sort of placebo effect? It's literally just frozen meat cooked on a grill with a bit of salt/pepper. Although I'm not actually sure what the ingredients in the "Grill Seasoning" are. Gonna check when I go in for my shift tomorrow...
