sucrose is a disaccharide consisting of glucose bonded to fructose. high fructose corn syrup is a solution of glucose and fructose.

once that glycosidic bond in sucrose is broken, they're exactly the same. absorbed the same, metabolized the same.

the sunlight is the most dangerous thing most people are exposed to on a daily basis. Skin cancer is the most common form of cancer. mcd food will not give you cancer.

This sort of shit just renders the warnings meaningless. There's not point to the warnings if they apply to pretty much everything.
