Some sort of cold soup, I tend to go for vichyssoise or strawberry.

My mom and grandma always made rustic gazpacho. They juiced tomatoes from the garden, diced peppers, loads of cucumber, eggplant, and sweet onions and then lightly blended until a chunky cold soup with sour cream and bread.

Shiiit. First day it breaks 90, I break out a heavy ass stew. I revel in this hot weather, GA ain't quite there yet. Soon.

Otherwise, just use your broiler like a grill...kind of works the same...not really.
