I saw an episode of Diners, Drive Ins, and DYIVES the other day, and they went to his restaurant Johnny Garlics or whatever.

There was one dish, basically caramelized onions and roasted garlic all mashed up, spread thin between like 8 layers of tortilla, then cut up like a cake and grilled and served with more garlic onion mash to dip it in.

The first season of DDD is actually really good, before they realized how much attention the show was getting.
