Around here, you can order just about anything you want from just about any restaurant and get it to go. The last time I got something to go/takeaway, it was a Chicken Fried Steak with mashed potatoes, cream gravy on both, and with corn and beans on the side.

I would like to try a traditional British Fish and Chips sometime, though. I can't imagine Mushy Peas with Fish and Chips, though.

In your Fish and Chips, do you use something like Tartar Sauce on the fish?

Chicken fried steak is something I really want to try from the US. Southern cuisine looks the best.

Mushy peas are a perfect companion to fish and chips. Tartar sauce is common with fried fish in pubs and restraunts, never seen it in a chippy though.

Stay in with 4 cans of Special Brew and turkey dinosaurs.

Get some fried jellied eel on boiled curry toast with a side of bangers and peas.

Nope. People just go in, order food and push it around on the plate for a while. Sometimes they pick some up with a fork but they don't actually eat it. It's just for the photo. Notice how not a single food item in the photo appears to not have been so much as poked at? For a moment you may be fooled by the open ketchup packet, but again, that was done for this photo, alone.
