What are everyones favourite hot sauces?

I've got some of the ones that everyone has in my house, sriracha (don't really like it), habanero tabasco and frank's xtra hot (love them both)

What other great hot sauces are there out there that I should try?

>> No.5330313

Frank's. I have one next to me right now, actually. I put it in everything that lacks flavor, especially soup.

this is what I'm working with now. The ghost pepper is hot as hell and the Habanero Green Mountain is best all around. Pukka and the other one are great, but have a sweet tinge, so they need to be on the right dish-not pictured but delicious-Cock Sriracha and Sambal.

It's a high cost to make that sauce and a very low profit margin, especially after distribution. It is IMO one of the best and most virsitile.

As for vinegary hot sauces, I prefer Crystal.

>> No.5334072

original tabasco will always be my number one. garlic tabasco is a close second.

the mango habanero is good, but my capsaicin tolerance isn't quite that high so i can rarely handle using enough that i actually get any of the flavor.

louisiana style is great and a classic--i use crystal.

i love el yucateco's chipotle sauce, but it is not quite as versatile.

valentina's extra hot is perfect when i'm in the mood for something less vinegar, but i don't find myself using it very often. still worth mentioning.

Why. If you don't like it you don't like it. And maybe you don't like shit chicken/rooster brand. Try some others.

What's the worst that's gonna happen, you don't like it, then you learn. That's how you learn young man.

Here's one... Shark Brand, I think it's the best one and blows the fuck out of these assholes shilling rooster brand.

Grab a bottle and see how it goes.
Again, that's how you learn.

The shills for rooster brand are very boring.

And now here comes Shark brand.

i personally love vinegar. i feel that most dishes can be enhanced by vinegar, as well as a mild level of capsaicin. tabasco offers both qualities in complementing amounts. you really have to be in the mood for it, though. it just so happens that i usually am--i am a vinegar fiend.

can only speak for myself, though.

they come to release their aggression in the confines of anonymity, because it is the only way to do so without removing their masks, and admitting to the world that the only reason they strive to get along with others... is to be liked.

not for the community, but for their own self-validation.

Hot sauce? Y'all niggas don't no shit 'bout hot sauce.

I never got the hype with Tabasco. I used to like it was I was a kid. But now it just tastes sweet to me.

I like plain Goya hot sauce for stuff like noodles or fried chicken. Something that has a Tabasco/Lousiana pepper base works well for things like this.

I got a bottle of Chelsea Firehouse Hot Sauce. This shit is so damn good. It honestly has the best flavor out of any hot sauce I've ever tried. The kicker? Its too hot for me. I have a notorious tolerance for spicy foods but this shit kills me.

When I want to sample a hot sauce I put a drop of it on the back of my hand. When I put this shit on the back of my hand It leaves a mark.
