Couple months ago I landed my first job and now I'm thinking about food. The thing is I only have 30 minutes to prepare for work which includes breakfast. That would be okay but whenever I wake up I can't chew complex foods or if I do chew them, it takes ages. I'm a really slow eater and this time limit doesn't help me so I'm looking for some easy to eat but nutritious breakfast ideas since I'm out of my own ideas. I usually just eat a banana but I need something more.

I eat eggs once a week, I think eating them more than that would be too much, since I also have a genetic predisposition for high blood cholesterol.

I tried eating oathmeal but I can't swallow it without chewing in the morning so it takes about 15 minutes to eat a simple bowl of oathmeal.

dietary cholesterol does not effect HDL/LDL cholesterol levels. Saturated fat does, tho.

I'll give it a shot, thanks. Do you recommend just buying a random brand or making my own ?
>>5326408
That doesn't sound bad at all. I'll definitely try it.

add half a cup to a cup of oats into that too, oats are healthy as shit

This is what I eat

Greek yoghurt
blackberries
banana
oats
almonds
chocolate whey protein

mix it all together (raw) and eat
easy, quick, healthy

If you don't want the protein, you can add honey for flavouring instead

>30 minutes to prepare for work which includes breakfast
How about you go to sleep earlier and wake up earlier? I highly doubt you have something requiring your immediate attention every night up until the final minute you get into bed.
This really is the only proper solution, no matter how much you won't like it initially you will get used to it.
What you eat is important, prioritize around your well-being.

I try to sleep at least 6 hours, and if I go to sleep earlier I only have 1 hour or something for free time since I've got other obligations other than my work which include but are not limited to getting my masters degree, and I've got night classes.

I see a pattern here so I'm already on it.

if you need more time get up earlier. If this is not possible then pre-make breakfast the night before in a crock pot or make breakfast smoothies
