I worked at Arby's, and we had some protocol. For a 99 cents Jr. you get 1.5 oz of beef, for a regular roast beef, 3 oz, for a large 5 oz, iirc.

I always loaded the Jrs with 3 oz, I always gave extra meat. A regular was like 6 oz, and a large was like 8.

The managers never cared. They just wanted to make certain you never were underweight, since that's when the customer complaints came in.

One "dick" move I might have done, was when people ordered the Beef and Cheddars, I would sometimes just glop on like tons of Cheese sauce, so it was all over the wrapper, the buns, the beef, etc. But that was only on to-go orders. Same with red ranch sauce. I'd just hold the button down for literally 10 secons. Sandwich was so sloppy, but also probably delicious.

I just imagined a guy riding home from work, opening up his aluminum wrapper, and cheese and red ranch dropping all over the place in his car.

Still, if it were me, I'd just wait till I get home, and then be like "FUCK YES EXTRA SAUCE".

3. I HAVE tried the Gordon Ramsey way several times. I don't like the creamyness of it. I like when scrambled eggs have a big of texture. Not overcooked, but in my opinion his eggs are more of an "egg sauce" or something.
