My gf claims to not like bell peppers, which I think is ridiculous. They provide colour, fresh fruitiness, and either crunch or a pleasant meatiness depending on how cooked they are.
What's your favourite dish that highlights bell peppers? I'm confident she can be brought round to the pepper perspective.

(btw did i mention i have a gf lol nerds)

Howabout stuffed peppers? Or any stirfry, ever?

>> No.5317694

Just make a stirfry. If the bitch doesn't like bell peppers she doesn't like bell peppers. My girlfriend doesn't like them either.

If you include "gf" anywhere in your post you attract hoards of angry neckbeards, thought I'd get it out of the way

This is worth trying, thanks

You went out of your way to make your thread about a fat girl who sucks your dick. That's cute.

roasted red pepper soup, it's even more underground than french onion soup so she'll like it just for the sake of being a hipster

What is it she doesn't like about them? Texture? Flavour? Are they too bitter? Too aromatic?

My boyfriend doesn't like green bellpeppers, so I have to use the red/yellow ones when I'm with him ;_; It's a shame some people can't appreciate slight bitterness.

Actually it's the other way around. Grills who mention their BF's are chastised pretty heavily.

No one gives a shit about your Wailord.

What? There's a taste difference between the 3? I never noticed that.

Well they're all the same fruit, at different stages of ripeness, so it makes sense they taste different. Green is most bitter, red is most sweet.

Actually, was it yellow or orange which was actually its own cultivar?

Personally I can't stand the taste, smell, or texture of any type pepper. I either avoid foods that have them or I just pick them out. Its one of my only food phobias. I'm a whimp when it comes to heat, so its a blessing in disguise.
