I spent a good portion of last night throwing up. Needless to say, I'm tired and hungry.

What's your favorite food to eat when you're sick? I love some rice, or applesauce. My grandmother makes great homemade applesauce that she cans for me.

I drink gently warmed sprite or ginger ale.

then I do do congee, gently fry some garlic and super thin onion, and then stew a cup of rice in about 1 1/2 cup of good chicken broth til a texture I enjoy.

Or a black pepper chicken broth.
