>bought this
>didn't know what to expect
>put in a frying pan with white mushrooms, a green pepper and a tomato

it's becoming a sticky mix, what am I supposed to do with it originally?

eat it with carrots or something

do you seriously not know what hummus is?

>> No.5266719

Oh dear, OP, you done fucked up.
Hummus is a dip or spread. You are supposed to eat it with flatbread, or crackers, or carrots, celery, olives, or other raw veg. Or spread on sandwiches, wraps, kebab, in a flour tortilla, etc. You don't heat it in a pan.

What could go wrong? It looks tasty, it's still prepping. It's just very sticky.

Leld op. +1 for trying unusual methods. I once took hummus, added chickpea flour and fried the patties. I keep making them since. Props eaoting for results.

Why wouldn't you look it up on the internet before using it?

>>5266741
This looks pretty gross and I don't like hot hummus. Never heard about anyone heating it.

It's done and tasted pretty good actually. I don't understand why you wouldn't be able to bake this.

I don't know how you made it to /ck/ with those reading skills.

>> No.5266931

i'm sure what you made is good op, but it's far from how most people enjoy hummus.

if you do heat it, why not serve it with slow-cooked lamb shank and toasted pine nuts and sumac
