i got some black kale (the Italian one) massaged it with salt, a little olive oil, and half a lemon's juice. Then i put sliced almonds and quinoa and mixed. Usually I had sliced clementine but i didn;t have any on hand.

Also dressing: olive oil (to taste), balsamic vinegar (to taste), other half of lemon's juice, and honey.. Also pepper and salt to taste.
