If you're into overly sweet things, a lot of Greek desserts focus on honey as an ingredient.

Off the top of my head: loukoumades, melomakarona, baklava, rovani, and diples.

Just to add on too, if you want some simple recipes of things:
>greek yoghurt with honey and museli/walnuts
>honey in chamomile/green tea, with a few drops of lemon juice (great for when you have a sore throat)
>put some honey in a pan while steaming carrots
>lemon/honey chicken

Place honey before a basic food like carrots, chicken, salmon, cake etc.
Put it with the food at some point in the cooking process.
Easy.

Mead is made from honey. Don't know any recipes, but I've tried it and it's good.

Honey and goat cheese are an amazing combination. You can use this with so many dishes.

On salads
With a variety of fruits
With other desserts

It's delicious.

I always have honey with my herbal tea, just dip the teaspoon in the honey, take it out, twirl it around to stop the honey dripping everywhere and dump it in my mug with a herbal teabag.

I have lemon and ginger teabags, and chamomile teabags, but never thought to put some lemon juice in with the chamomile, thanks for the tip!

Best herbal tea: Cherry and Cinnamon
Worst herbal tea: Licorice

Oh yes..... the more pungent the cheese, the better it is with honey.

It doesn't matter what you're making - bread, desserts, tea, meat - honey-glaze all the things

I glaze turnips & other root veggies in honey
Sear the turnips to get some color
Add honey & toss
Add some sweet red dessert wine & reduce
Pretty delicious

Did it seriously not occur to you to even have a quick look on Google before posting this?

Hot lemon and honey drinks are the GOAT for comfort/sickness.
Can't think of anything else where honey is the primary ingredient but that's probably a good thing. It goes great in some muffins, cookies and porridge.
